OnScreen® Hybridglass is a hard coated flexible screen, surfcae and display protection material. Its surface is coated with a thin and hard layer of glass. OnScreen® Hybridglass is not shattering, extremely robust and flexible. This self-adhesive (no glue!) flexible glass is suitable for the protection of any displays, screens and monitors. Hybridglass from Neoxum is available in ultra-clear or anti-glare.In our opinion our OnScreen® Hybridglass is better than Panzerglass. We produce customized sizes and shapes.

Chemical and temperature resistance OnScreen® hybrid glass

The chemical resistance of OnScreen® hybrid glass is extremely high. We have had the resistance to various acids, alkalis, alcohols, greases, oils, including gasoline and diesel, as well as solvents and disinfectants tested. The test report describes the test procedure and the test results in detail.

In addition, the resistance to temperature and resistance to high temperature with high humidity was tested positively. Neoxum's hybrid glass is extremely robust and durable.

Determination of the corner radii of a display

To determine the corner radii for rectangular basic shapes of a display or panel, you can download the Neoxum Corner Radius Print Template. Cut out a square with the corner radii that fit as accurately as possible according to your initial estimate and place the cut-out square at the corners of the display. It does not depend on 1/10 accuracy of fit. If the corner radius does not fit or if the display of the device has different sized corner radii, please check the corner radius using the corner radius templates.  The radii should fit well according to your judgment. Especially with slightly larger corner radii, it does not matter if the corner radius fits 100%. A relatively good match is sufficient here so that the display film or hybrid glass that we later customize for you covers the display well and protects the display well.
