Analysis phase

In the first step, we will work with you to define what your requirements look like. In doing so, we will clarify at least the following questions:

6. Is direct shipping (dropshipping) an option, where we deliver the screen protector to your customers on your behalf, including your delivery note (corporate identity)? Privacy according to GDPR is, of course, ensured.
7. Should the screen protector be applied to the displays of your devices or your customers' devices by us?

Development of display protection

As a DIN ISO 9001 certified screen protector manufacturer, we work according to a standardized development process:

• Recording the size and shape of the device's display: Either directly on the device itself or via a technical drawing that you provide to us.
• Creation of a prototype and creation of a custom technical drawing as a reference.
• Sending of the prototype for initial viewing and inspection of size and contour
• Making possibly small adjustments to shape, size, and cutouts
• After resending a sample and checking the shape and size, including all necessary cutouts by you as the customer, the final approval, which is carried out in writing by both parties, can take place.

Thus, the size and shape of the screen protector, as well as the material, are defined. In the next step, we will determine together with you whether an ODM or OEM production is an option for you.

The custom manufacturing of the screen protector is done using modern laser systems. We can usually produce tolerances according to DIN 2968 medium. In special cases, even tighter.
