Nana – Recover Your Smile e.V., a non-profit organization that enables people facing hardship to take home a few beautiful moments and a smile, received a donation of 500 Euros for Christmas 2017.

Professional Photoshoot for Cancer Patients

Nana – Recover your smile e.V. organizes professional photo shoots for cancer patients, among other things, to capture their current beauty. We became aware of the Nana – Recover your smile e.V. organization through a stroke of fate in the private circle of Neoxum GmbH and came into contact with those responsible. It quickly became clear that this organization wanted Neoxum's support.

Goal of Nana - Recover your smile

It's all about bringing a little light into the difficult and dark times of those affected. The photo shoots are organized and carried out by Barbara Stäcker's team. Volunteer professional photographers and makeup artists ensure that each participant shines in a special light and with radiance. This happiness and this smile are taken home and have a long-lasting effect.

Donation-funded

All photographs, all staff, all the support around the shoot, everything is completely free for the participants and is funded solely by voluntary donations. Our Social responsibility consciously, Neoxum also forgone Christmas gifts for its customers in 2017, and instead supported the non-profit association Nana – Recover Your Smile e.V.. supports.

Nana's Work – Recover Your Smile

An overview of Nana's work – Recover your smile can be found on Facebook page or on the website Nana - Get Your Smile Back. In early January 2018, the time had come. Andreas Hundt, Managing Director of Neoxum GmbH, and Barbara Stäcker, Chairwoman of Nana – Recover your smile e.V., met for the official handover of the donation check. In conversation, Barbara Stäcker reported that her late daughter Nana herself had the idea and the need to establish this association.
„Nana herself experienced firsthand in photo shoots with me, but also with other photographers, how much strength this experience gave her during her illness. It was her explicit wish to pass all of this on to others affected. Nana's motto, „If even one woman looks in the mirror and says, „If Nana can do it, then I can do it too!““ will live on with Nana – Recover your smile e.V.," said Barbara Stäcker. She continued, full of pride, that Nana – Recover your smile is a non-profit organization dedicated to offering professional and free makeup and styling courses for cancer patients with experienced makeup artists, in order to showcase these results in photo shoots. And all of this is free of charge for the patients.
